Crockpot Applesauce
10-12 apples (medium-large size)
125 ml water
125 ml sugar
5 ml cinnamon
Core your apples and cut into chunks.You can peel the apples first if you like, but the skins will mostly dissolve when cooked in the crockpot.
Mix your apple chunks, sugar and cinnamon together and pour into your crockpot. Add the water and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours. You may need to mash up the apples as you go depending on how chunky you want it!
